if you had a adsense account but it got disabled by click on own ads then it is very bad for that person because google gives one account to a person only one time. but if you realise your mistake then create a new website on blogger or your own domain or signup for adsense. if you don't get a adsense account even after that then try other website contextweb.com chitika.com clicksor.com and many other website which pays owe some amount.

first of all see that what mistake are you doing while applying for adsense and then try to get new adsense account on another website...
